The nose has orange fruit gums, meadow fresh fabric softener, and a little ginger. The mouthfeel is thin and astringent with a little cling. The body has green apples, orange zest, white pepper and cinnamon. The finish has orange zest and white pepper.

Water brings out thick whorling that rapidly settles into lingering mottling. The nose gains green apples, and loses the orange fruit gums. The body gains nutmeg and more white pepper. The finish gains green apples.

A springtime afternoon dram.
