23 years old, distilled 16th November 1992, 50.6% abv, Refill Ex-Bourbon Barrel, 138 bottles

The nose has candied oranges and lemons, caramel, and cinnamon. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has caramel, apples, plums and cinnamon. The finish is cinnamon and caramel.

Water brings out compact, thin whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose has gained more caramel and some pineapple. The body has gained some more fruit - mango, peaches, pineapple. The cinnamon is a little subdued. The finish also loses some cinnamon, and gains apple and mango.

A very nice dram for fireside conversations.
