The nose has pears, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and hints of honey. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has green apples, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a hint of white pepper. The finish is short - honey and white pepper.

Water brings out thin, tight whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains a little lemon, as does the body. The finish loses the white pepper.

A superb dram for evening tippling.
