The nose has peach, red apple, then floral notes - fields of daisies? The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has banana, peach and hints of both lemon and toffee. The finish is long - banana, lemon and daisies.

Water brings out very thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains candy floss and loses the red apple. The body gains more lemon and so does the finish.

A lovely dram for spring mornings, to wake up the tastebuds.
