The nose has distinct new make notes - lots of spirit then a hit of green and red apples and hints of lime. The mouthfeel is thin with little cling. The body has lemon sherbet, flying saucers, green apples and a hint of chilli. The finish is short - lemon sherbet and spirit.

Water brings out compact, short lived whorling. The nose now gains lemon and lime, and loses the spirit. The body gains the same citrus and some white pepper. The finish swaps spirit for white pepper.

A decent summer's afternoon dram.
