Cedar, oranges, and a hint of salsa. The mouth-feel is thin and a little watery at first, then expands. The body has oranges, custard, honey and a touch of lemon. The finish is long and warm - lemon and summer flowers over baked golden syrup.
Water brings tight thin whorling that lingers and slowly expands - very good. The nose now has more cedar wood and no salsa. The body is a little thinner, with less custard and more honey. The finish is shorter and has a little less lemon and more beeswax.
A decent light sherried whisky, to complement an ice-cream dessert.
