23 years old, distilled 16th April 1991, 47.7% abv, refill ex-bourbon hogshead, 262 bottles

The nose has a buttery, smooth quality - then brings Crunchie Bars and a little cardamom. The mouth-feel is quite thin - no cling. The body has rye bread and cinnamon, and the finish is long and sweet - wood spices, sweet citrus and vanilla.

Water brings big, expanding whorls that last for quite a while. The nose brings more sweet wood spices, and a pleasant note of wood sap. The body has flattened - vanilla and citrus. The finish is unchanged.
