An interest nose of fudge, coriander, and a hint of meat - lamb? The body has smokey fudge, toffee, oranges and a slightly herbal note. The mouth-feel is very smooth. The finish has a light smoke with oranges and toffee.

Water brings tight whorls that expand quickly - very nice. The nose is lighter - more toffee than fudge, and with a nice orange note. The body has a little of the meaty note that the initial nose had, more oranges, and a touch of smoke fudge in the background. The finish has a little more smoke than before.

A decent dram to accompany a meal.
