SMWS 48.79 - 'Caught Red Handed'The nose has sherbet, fruit pastilles and haribo bears, with a hint of red apples. The mouthfeel is decent, with a little cling. The body has bananas, sherbet and hints of hazelnut towards the finish, which is short and sweet - sherbet and floral notes.

Water brings out rapidly expanding whorling that settles into lingering mottling. The nose now gains floral notes, but I can't pin down the exact flowers. There's also a slight note of thyme. The body has gained the same floral notes and a little vanilla ice-cream. The finish gains violets.

A wonderful dram for winter's evenings, reminiscing about summer's days...
