25 years old, distilled 5th February 1990, 54.7% abv, refill ex-bourbon hogshead, 225 bottles

The nose has light of toffee, hints of lavender, peach, nectarine, and a little caramel. The mouthfeel is thicker, coating and has a little cling. The body has more of the toffee, apricot, peaches, and a little oak - fresh and sappy. The finish is sweet and full of cinnamon and toffee.

Water brings out thick, slowly expanding whorling that lingers for quite a while. The nose now has a touch of fudge and some sweet citrus - more oranges than limes. The body is full of fruit, with peaches and mangoes with a little hint of lemon. The finish is toffee and a hint of lemon.
