15 years old, distilled 6th April 2000, 56.2% abv, refill ex-bourbon hogshead, 241 bottles

The nose has lemon, barley sugar water, and a hint of ginger. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body is full of soft toffee and hints of lemon, mint leaf and that slight ginger. It's also a little waxy. The finish has toffee and coconut with a little lemon.

Water brings out thick, expanding whorling that lingers for a long time. The nose loses the ginger, and gains toffee. The body has lost the mint leaf, and is now soft toffee and lemon with a little waxiness. The finish is unchanged.

A lovely light dram for any occasion.
