25 years old, distilled 15th May 1990, 60.4% abv, Refill Ex-Bourbon Barrel, 114 bottles

The nose has oranges, lemons, and hints of polished furniture. The mouthfeel is thin, with no cling. The body has cinnamon, cloves, lemons, apples, pine furniture and puff pastry. The finish is cinnamon and apples.

Water brings out thick, short lived whorling. The nose gains leather and brown toast, and loses the oranges and lemons. The body has less pine furniture and more of the cinnamon, and a hint of marzipan. The finish loses the apples and gains cloves.
