13 years old, distilled 30th April 2002, 58.1% abv, refill ex-bourbon barrel, 228 bottles

The nose has peaches and a hint of thyme. The mouthfeel is thin and doesn't coat. The body has ginger, thyme, peaches and plenty of North African spices. The finish is short, with ginger and peaches.

Water brings out thin, short lived whorling. The nose now gains the ginger notes from the unwatered body, and the body has gained more cinnamon and vanilla. The finish has gained thyme.

A pleasing dram that you can have with your dinner.
