2 years old, distilled 7th November 2012, 54.3% abv, new charred oak, 221 bottles

The nose has vanilla (posh ice-cream!), cinnamon, oak wood shavings and a little blackcurrant. The mouthfeel is very thin. The body has everything from the nose, foamy bananas and a hint of honey. There's also a little lemon towards the finish - which is yet more vanilla and lemon.

Water brings out tight whorling that expands into lingering mottling. The nose now has more banana and a little herbal note - mint leaf? The body has less cinnamon, more banana. The finish is unchanged.
