The nose has lots of artificial fruit flavours - like a bag full of jellied sweets. There's also pencil sharpenings and some melon. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has more of that smorgasbord of fruit flavours - green apples, apricots, strawberries, lime. There's also a hint of pot pourri and some old wooden furniture. The finish has pencil shavings and green apples.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains more melon and loses some of the other fruit notes - there's also a hint of pot pourri. The body gains more fruit notes - melon and kiwi fruit - and loses the old wooden furniture. The finish similarly gains more fruit, bringin hints of strawberry and losing the pencil shavings.

A fine dram for spring afternoons.
