The nose has tarry ropes, soy sauce, honey and a hint of pineapple. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has soy sauce, pineapple, seasoned pine in an old church, and tarry ropes, with a hint of barbecued meat. The finish has soy sauce, pineapple and tarry ropes.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that doesn't ever quite mottle. The nose gains more pineapple and a little bit of menthol. The body gains pineapple and loses some of the soy sauce. The finish gains more pineapple.

A wonderful example of this distillery, which would be great for any evening.
