The nose has vanilla, sunflower seeds, sea breezes and a hint of crisp smoke. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling - almost watery. The body has light smoke, maple syrup, and a little vanilla. The finish is lights smoke and vanilla.
Water brings out thick, compact whorling that dissipates quickly. The nose now gains a little more smoke, and loses the sunflower seeds. The body loses the maple syrup and gains brine. The finish is unchanged.
A curiously light dram, perhaps for a shoreline?
