SMWS 39.137 - Apple-Sour Cream Crumb PieThe nose has butterscotch and flaky pastry, and a hint of pineapple. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has watered down pineapple juice, strawberries, and a hint of toffee. The finish is slight - hints of pineapple and toffee.

Water brings out thick, compact whorling that dissipates quickly. The nose gains grapefruit and mango. The body gains apples, grapefruit, mango and then cinnamon towards the end. The finish also gains some mango.

A lovely light whisky for spring evenings.
