The nose has lime sorbet, grapefruit, and hints of lemon. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling, and quite drying. The body has lime flavoured chew sweets, melon, green apples, hints of violet and a hit of cinnamon towards the finish. The finish is cinnamon bonbons, lime and lemon and a little violet.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains red apple and green apple, but the lime sorbet and grapefruit remains. The lemon has diminished. The body gains cinnamon and a hint of toffee, and the violet is a little quieter. The finish gains more cinnamon and less of the lemon, but retains the violet.

This is a wonderful dram for spring or summer.
