The nose has sherbet lemon, pineapple, rhubarb and vanilla. The mouthfeel is thin, with a little cling. The body has more of the fruit, some lime and a little bit of crystallised lemon cake decorations. Towards the finish mint leaves arrive, and continues into a short mint and lime finish.
Water brings out thin, short lived whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains a floral note, but I couldn't quite pinpoint which flowers. The body gains apples and oranges, and the oranges continue into the finish to join the lemon and mint.
A lovely light dram for time in the April garden.
