15 years old, distilled 26th September 2000, 58.1% abv, Second-Fill Ex-Sauternes Hogshead, 288 bottles

The nose has rum soaked raisins and white grapes. The mouthfeel is thin but smooth. The body has gingerbread, sultanas and cinnamon. The finish is gingerbread and cinnamon.

Water brings out decent whorling that expands quickly and lingers but never quite mottles. The nose now has less of the white grapes, and gains gingerbread. The body gains sponge cake, and the cinnamon is increased. The finish is a tad warmer.
