10 years old, distilled 24th March 2005, 60.0% abv, refill ex-bourbon barrel, 223 bottles

The nose is a full of fabric conditioner (fresh grass, meadow flowers), peaches, pine wood and a hint of white pepper. The mouthfeel is thin with some cling. The body has a little orange zest, pine, lemon and a little more white pepper and cinnamon. No heat, thankfully. The finish is cinnamon and white pepper.

Water brings out tight, thin mottling that doesn't linger or expand much. The nose now has less white pepper, more fabric conditioner and peaches. The body has less orange zest, more pine. The finish is also lacking white pepper, and gains lemon.

A decent dram for after work.
