The nose has rich notes of toffee, roasted sweet potatoes and a hint of red apple. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has toffee, dark chocolate and sherry with hints of leather. The finish is toffee, dark chocolate and sherry.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains sherry notes, and loses the sweet potatoes. The body gains more sherry, and loses the leather. The finish gains sherry.

Dominated by sherry, this makes a great fireside dram.
