13 years old, distilled 14th August 2002, 60.1% abv, first-fill ex-bourbon barrel, 210 bottles

The nose has honeysuckle, pears, banana and a hint of freshly cut pine. The mouthfeel is thin, with a little cling. The body has cedar wood, pine sap, banana peels and a hint of ginger. The finish is limes and rosewater with a little cedar wood.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that quickly settles into lingering mottling. The nose gains lime and green apples, but loses the honeysuckle. The body also gains apples, and loses the pine sap. The ginger becomes a little stronger. The finish is a little sweeter, gaining hints of green apples.
