SMWS 3.269 - Smoked slippers at the beachThe nose has light smoke, vanilla and a hint of lavender and honeysuckle. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has sea breezes, vanilla, light smoke and more lavender towards the finish - which is light smoke and lavender.

Water brings out tight, rapidly expanding whorling that lingers for a long time without mottling. The nose now gains smoke and loses the lavender. The body gains more brine, loses the lavender and has more smoke towards the finish. The finish has a similar change - less sweetness, more smoke.

This dram improves as it sits.

A good shoreline dram.
