The nose has apricots, peaches, and Danish pastries. The mouthfeel is thin, with little cling. The body has more of the peaches, then lime and pineapple follow by a little ginger. The finish is ginger and sultanas.
Water brings out tight, slightly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose loses the Danish pastries and gains some stewed pears. The body has less lime, and gains some mango. The ginger towards the finish is also diminished. The finish gains apricot.
A wonderful dram for a starter.
