The nose has custard creams, lime, cake icing and a hint of green apple. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has green apple, vanilla, lime, and hints of berries (raspberries, strawberries). The finish is vanilla and lime, with hints of green apple.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into lingering mottling. The nose doesn't change much - more fruit, less custard cream, but just the balances. The body has a similar experience, but gains a little waxiness. The finish is also fruitier.

A very good summer evening dram - it may not be the most complex thing, but it's got flavours in all the right places.
