The nose has pineapple, lemon drops, rhubarb, and little hints of grass and white grapes. The mouthfeel is decent, with a little cling. The body has white grapes, pineapple cubes, lemon bon-bons - lots of sweet sharpness. The finish is long, with lemon and pineapple juice.
Water brings out thick mottling that spreads whilst quickly settling into lingering mottling. The nose now gains more grassiness, and more rhubarb - the pineapple and lemon are in the background. The body now has more rhubarb and lemon, and less of the pineapple and white grapes. The finish gains some rhubarb.
A wonderful sweet dram, albeit sharp. One for the summer afternoons, under the shade of an umbrella.
