The nose has honey, soft caramel, cinnamon and a hint of rosewater. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has toffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger - very spicy, but not hot. There's also hints of peach and pear. The finish is cinnamon and ginger.

Water brings out thick whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose now gains butterscotch and peanut, and loses the rosewater and honey. The body gains more cinnamon and ginger. The finish is unchanged.

A dram for ice cream.
