The nose has peat smoke with surf and turf barbecue. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has vanilla, peat smoke, caramel and seafood barbecue. The finish is peat smoke and cinnamon.
Water brings out thin, short lived whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains sea air and vanilla. The body gains black pepper. The finish also gains black pepper.
A sweet and peaty dram for summer's nightcaps.
