The nose has light, sweet floral notes and talcum powder. The mouthfeel is thin with little cling. The body has coconut, mint leaves, and more of the floral smorgasbord from the nose - no specific flowers jump out though. The finish is just a very short continuation of the body.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that dissipates quickly. The nose gains apples and a hint of juniper. The body gains apples and a hint of oak. The finish is a little longer - oak and talcum powder.

A great dinner accompaniment.
