The nose has vanilla, distant bonfire smoke, and a hint of toffee. The mouthfeel is thin with little cling. The body has vanilla, lemon, soy sauce and a hint of spice. The finish is soy sauce and vanilla.

Water brings out thin, short lived whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose now gains some soy sauce and more smoke. The body gains some jasmine and hints of ginger. The finish is unchanged.

A delicate dram for evening beach parties.
