The nose has peach, soft toffee, and a hint of green apples. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has cinnamon, ginger, lemon, soft toffee and green apples. Very little of the nose survives the cinnamon! The finish is cinnamon and green apples.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains ginger and lemon. The body also gains more lemon, and loses the soft toffee. The finish is unchanged.

A nice dram for dessert.
