The nose has salted caramels, celery and a grassy note. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has caramel and pineapple juice. The finish is quiet - pineapple and salted caramels.

Water brings out compact, shortly lived whorling that doesn't mottle. The nose now gains thyme. The body gains cinnamon and ginger. The finish is unchanged.

A fine dram for summer nights.
