The nose has lemon sherbet and salted caramels. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has an explosion of lemon sweets and apple chews, with some caramel towards the finish. The finish is back to the lemon and fruit notes.

Water brings out tight whorling that rapidly expands into lingering mottling. The nose gains apple notes and a little cinnamon. The body gains more fruit (pear, green apple) and the finish gains cinnamon.

A lovely surprise given its provenance, for summer days lazing in the garden.
