The nose has toffee, gingerbread and hints of rum soaked sultanas. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body is big, with cinder toffee, sultanas and hints of peach. The finish is cinnamon and sultanas.

Water brings out tight whorling that expands into brief mottling. The nose loses the toffee, and gains crème brulé and peach cobbler. The body has peach, oranges, crème brulé and cinnamon. The finish is cinnamon and peaches​.

A great dram for dessert.
