The nose has honey and cinnamon. The mouthfeel is decent, with some cling. The body has caramel and cinnamon, hot cross buns. The finish is cinnamon and hints of sultanas.

Water brings out thick, rapidly expanding whorling that dissipates quickly before mottling. The nose has gained a little orange zest, and more cinnamon. The body is also fruitier - more citrus, and some pear. Also more cinnamon! The finish also gains a little oranges.

A fine dram, with a little cinnamon dominance - one to have with ice-cream.
