The nose has honey, citrus and hints of passion fruit. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has lots of cinnamon spiciness, with lemon and hints of chilli. The finish is cinnamon and green chillis.

Water brings out thick whorling that expands rapidly and settles into lingering mottling. The nose now has more vanilla - ice-cream? - and rum notes. The finish is cinnamon spice and honey.

A good dram for a picnic.
