11 years old, distilled 4th March 2005, 60.6% abv, First-Fill Ex-Bourbon Barrel, 210 bottles

The nose has lemon, pineapple and hints of grass. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body is slight - lemon, pineapple, red apple and hints of wood spices. The finish is short - vanilla, lemon and cardamom.

Water brings out thick, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into lingering mottling. The nose gains apple tarts and a hint of apple crumble. The body has gained more spices - cinnamon, cardamom - and then fruit notes with green apple and lemon. The finish is cinnamon and lemon.
