The nose has peaches, honeysuckle, elderflower, and hints of icing sugar. The mouthfeel is thin, with no cling. The body has barley sugar, lemon juice, peaches and a little cinnamon and oak staves towards the finish. The finish is honeysuckle and cinnamon.
Water brings out thin, compact whorling that lingers for a while but never quite unravels into mottling. The body gains coconut and loses the peaches and lemon, yet kept the cinnamon. The finish is unchanged.
A lovely light dram to start a spring day.
