The nose has violets, honeysuckle, peaches and passion fruit. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has an initial hit of homemade lemonade, followed by peaches and banana and then a hint of oak towards the finish. The finish itself is peaches and lavender.
Water brings out thin, short-lived whorling that settles quickly into lingering mottling. The nose now gains stewed apples and hints of cinnamon. The body has more cinnamon and hints of Arabic spices, then a hit of peaches and lemon sherbet. The finish gains lemon sherbet.
This is a lovely sweet dram, for spring afternoons.
